Maintenance and upkeep of rotor dynamic balancing machine

1. The balance machine must be kept clean regularly, and the guide rail surface should be kept clean and coated with oil regularly to prevent rust.

2. The surface of the support block or roller should be kept clean, and iron shavings, dust, and debris should not be adhered. Before each operation, the support block or roller and rotor journal should be wiped clean, and a little lubricating oil should be added. When moving the support frame, the rotor should be rotated at the same time or the left and right support frames should be moved at the same speed to avoid scratches and wear on the surface of the shaft neck and rollers. It is not allowed to place the rotor on the roller frame for tapping or impact.

3. The electric measuring box is a key component of the balancing machine and must be protected from vibration and moisture, and should be properly stored. After completing the work, the switch of the electrical measuring box should be turned off.

If the electric measuring box is not used for a long period of time, it should be regularly powered on and preheated for a few hours.

5. All knobs and switches on the panel of the electrical measurement box must not be moved arbitrarily to avoid damaging components and causing measurement errors.

6. The lens glass of the photoelectric head should be regularly wiped clean with lens wiping paper or cloth to keep it clean. Do not use oily gauze or dirty cloth to wipe the mirror surface.

7. The balancing machine is a precision testing equipment that should be managed and operated by a dedicated person.
